Helping individuals stop masking and start feeling like themselves again, maybe for the first time.
You’re the one people count on. The fixer, the dependable one, the high performer. But beneath the surface, you feel exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. You’ve mastered the “I’m fine” façade, but carrying the weight alone is getting harder. You’ve been holding it all together for everyone else, but who’s holding you?
I specialize in supporting individuals who appear to have it all together, while internally feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained.
Therapy with me is a space to finally set the mask down and untangle what’s underneath it. Together, we’ll break free from old patterns, navigate life’s pressures, and build tools that help you feel grounded, connected, and more like you again.

Burnout & overwhelm — running on empty from holding it together
Life transitions & identity shifts — feeling unsure of who you are or what’s next
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and have experience supporting adolescents and adults in schools, universities, rehab settings, and private practice. I’m licensed in California (LPCC), Illinois (LCPC), and North Carolina (LCMHC), and I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC), an Associate Partner Trauma Therapist (APTT), and EMDR-Trained.
You don’t need to have it “bad enough” to seek help. You deserve support, even if everything “looks fine.” When you’re ready, we can take that next step together."
